Date de Création:

Le 16 mai 1979 sur une idée lancée en 1957/1958 par une poignée de jeunes qui avaient pour guide spirituel l’abbé Gérard Garcia (aujourd’hui Père Gérard).

Objet de l'association:

Organiser des rencontres amicales (pour permettre à nos amis du Maroc oriental de se réunir et pour certains de se retrouver), des sorties familiales, des excursions et toutes activités permettant l’enrichissement et la pérennité des connaissances de ses membres dans des domaines culturels, artistiques, littéraires etc…. dans un contexte historique et moral commun.

Nombre d'adhérents:

Avec son siège social dans l'Hérault, ses comités de Paris, Toulouse et Languedoc Roussillon, l'association compte un nombre d'adhérents de 600 familles soit plus de 1200 personnes ayant vécu ou séjourné au Maroc oriental.

Principales manifestations:

Un rassemblement annuel national en village vacances. Des voyages (Maroc, Espagne…. via des agences de voyages). Diverses réunions avec repas, éventuellement après midi ou soirée dansante Des sorties à caractère culturel.

Vous trouverez en pièces jointes les photos suivantes : réunion paroissiale dans la salle St Louis d'Anjou vers la fin des années 1920, repas EEM à Boudir et deux vues de la centrale que certains connaissent déjà évidemment.Ces documents m'ont été adressé par M. Philippe Bouillaud qui recherche les adresses des anciens qui ont travaillé avec lui à la centrale : Blanc, Simon et Guébarra. Si vous pouvez me renseigner sur ce point soyez gentils de m'adresser un message via le site.
